What we do in our group: Our group optimizes our build plans to meet a demand forecast and inventory targets for the client computing group.

When products are not optimized we work with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Fabs, and many other stakeholders to drive improved optimization. We work with factories to minimize constraints and make capacity trade-off decisions. We also evaluate our supply vs. demand statements to determine if we can make customer commitments.

Planning analyst is responsible for:

• Planning ownership of a Supply Chain link.
• Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational Supply Chain stakeholders.
• May also conducts scenario, what-if, planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary.
• Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in Supply Chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.
• Drives continuous process/project improvements.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another STEM relevant field.
• In lieu of degree, must have minimum 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of combined experience with: Analyzing data in Microsoft Excel, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Industry Standards
• Power BI.
• Linear programming.
• Blue Yonder.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $96,752.00-$145,196.00

• Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
