Job Description
In this position you would play a key role as an experienced FFA planner in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Business Area Planners and Operations Program Managers to execute to the master delivery schedule (MDS) and identify any potential delays in meeting this schedule.
You will be responsible for monitoring WIP movement and work closely with the Value Stream Specialist (VSS) and Material Planning Coordinators (MPCs) to ensure product is flowing through the factory, and regularly provide a manufacturing status for your assigned programs. There will also be regular intervention with leaders of the NPI team, Process Engineers, Tech Writers, etc. to ensure that all functions are working towards the same goal of success.
You will also ensure that proper Oracle transactions are being transacted, action/elevate any material shortages and help to manage PMRB within the factory. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to be a clear and thorough communicator for pass-downs between shifts.

Required Skills and Education
Experience in the manufacturing processes of electronic assemblies. Oracle ERP style Applications, Basic knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs). Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to the program team or factory team. Good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Bachelor's degree or demonstrated progress towards one in Business/Supply Chain or related field.
Preferred Skills and Education
Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled at an accredited college and making progress towards one in Business/Supply Chain or related field) is preferred. Good understanding of MS Office and working knowledge of some of the data bases used at BAE such as Oracle ERP, Solumina, Data View, PLM, and TIPQA is a plus. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance or already possess one.
