Salary: $70-90k DOE
Responsibilities:
-Actively seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps and increase productivity
-Heavily emphasize data driven decisions for better accuracy and higher throughput
-Put in place quality control procedures for shipping and receiving products to mitigate losses
-Oversee and optimize the shipping/receiving and purchasing departments
-Conduct cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvements
-Evaluate and report on KPIs
-Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
-Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
-Lead inventory audits to ensure correct inventory balances in ERP system
-Conceptualize large picture projects and foresee challenges that should be addressed
-Collaborate with management and other departments to close operational gaps
-Be a part of a new ERP implementation, focusing on inventory modules

-Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or similar field
-Ability to understand and manage ERP
-Ability to find data not readily available
-5 years of supply chain or logistic management experience
-Understanding of procedural best practices in supply chain management
-Ability to manage multiple factors at one time
-Excellent organizational and project management skills
-Creative problem solving
