Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Team Leader (Garage)
Location: Barrow
Salary: 38,734.00 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a diverse team by setting objectives, reviewing performance and ensuring staff have the necessary skills and understanding to deliver
Being accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility
Responsible for cost related tasks, scheduling, budgeting and reporting
Liaising with suppliers and speaking with stakeholders within the business
Responsible for heavy goods material and compliance - ensuing it's provided in a safe manner
Your skills and experiences:
A minimum L3 NVQ Vehicle maintenance/repairs or HGV
Heavy vehicle repair experience
Team Management/ leadership experience
Class 1 or 2 driving licence would be beneficial

The Supply Chain Garage team:
As a Supply Chain Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that garage operations run efficiently and effectively, providing high standards of vehicle repairs minimising disruption to all areas of the business that rely heavily on vehicles and transportation equipment.
You will also be responsible for Leading the Garage team to ensure that all customer requirements are met and communicated to ensure high vehicle availability.
In return, you will have the opportunity to work within industry and have insight into our Submarine Programmes.
