We are currently hiring an Intern, out of our Kettering, or Moraine OH locations, who is motivated to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced environment. This position will be training in Kettering or Moraine Ohio on a hybrid schedule, then the possibility of working fully remote, but within commuting distance to Kettering or Moraine Ohio. There is no relocation assistance or sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist PC&L Global Master Data & Business Analysts teams by analyzing business goals & objectives
- Conduct various analyses (metrics, validation of data, etc.) using SAP ERP system
- Support the Global Master Data Team through use of Engineering software systems (Product Lifecycle Management, REDI, Change Management)
- Collaborate with other departments to complete initiatives (Purchasing, Engineering, etc.)
- Organize, track, & complete assigned tasks using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, & OneNote)
- Assist with the development of global work instructions
- Attend & contribute to meetings regularly with the business team
- Communicate regularly progress of assigned tasks
- May perform additional tasks upon request
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing Supply Chain, Engineering, or related major
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good level of interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Basic understanding of Master Data & Bill of Material structures (BOM)
