Position Summary:
The Enterprise Integration group is hiring a Developer Lead to take an active role in designing integrations and enabling our developers. This position is a critical role within our team and has exposure to other groups within IT and the business side. A Developer Lead within our team is involved throughout the development process, from integration design to validation to deployment and support, along with the opportunity to participate in proof-of-concepts with new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the other Developers, Scrum Leads, and Architects to design, develop, and debug end-to-end solutions. Participate in technical design discussions, influencing decisions about MuleSoft integrations.
- Work in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with Integration Architects to refine integration use case designs into detailed API / application designs and user stories.
- Participate in daily scrums, work with Scrum Master and QA Team on projects, and support delivery timelines and priorities.
- Apply MuleSoft architecture best practices.
- Maintain complete view of the solution while understanding both business and technical challenges.
- Develop high quality, reusable and maintainable code using MuleSoft components/connectors.
- Design API specifications and flows on Anypoint platform.
- Create system API using system specific connectors and build logic to create process API.
- Develop Integrations using REST API, GraphQL API.
- Operate and secure APIs and implement usage policies on APIs to control/restrict access.
- Create a prototype and validate the API, develop and test/debug the API.
- Build code pipelines/automated builds for deploying the application across different environments.
- Publish the API, deploy APIs to Cloudhub, Runtime Fabric, On-prem workers, etc.
- Adhere to company policies around change control processes.
- Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to version control/code repository system.
- Perform any other development related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering applications/solutions on the MuleSoft platform using connectors/components, flows to integrate with Salesforce, AWS, databases, etc.
- Strong experience designing and developing integrations with MuleSoft.
- Hands-on experience using Dataweave for transformation.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; a willingness to "do whatever it takes" working within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with software development in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Compensation & Benefits:
he salary range for this role is $106,047-$212,095 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
