General Responsibility:
Liason between Sales and Operations to schedule daily production and shipping of WIP and finished goods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide operations with daily run schedules and communicate age concerns
- Monitor and facilitate orders for shipping
- Work with Corporate Scheduling to develop local production activities to maintain forecasted inventory needs
- Monitor and facilitate shipping and fresh receiving
- Monitor WIP inventory and age of inventory to insure WIP is used within age criteria
- Effectively communicate with other plant coordinators and transportation team to meet arrival needs.
- Monitor and manage frozen inventory levels and outside orders
- Perform other tasks and duties as they arrive.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure successfully.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to manage direct reports as needed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet applicable deadlines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across the Peco organization
- Proficient in excel and able to learn and utilize other computer programs as needed
- Proactive forward thinking decision maker
- Excellent communication skills
