Mezeh Mediterranean Grill is looking for a motivated and analytically minded individual to assist in the management of our Supply Chain and food cost! The ideal individual is well versed in Microsoft Excel, has experience in restaurant management, and will actively follow up with store and area managers as well as other members of the in-office team.
Mezeh is a quickly growing, fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant highlighting fresh produce and scratch made food!
Qualifications
- A strong analytical mindset
- Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience cost and inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of conducting on-site assessments and field tests at various store locations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Food industry experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of profit margins and cost structures, identifying areas for improvement to increase profitability.
- Assess and manage costs associated with food operations, implementing cost-saving initiatives and efficiency measures to drive financial sustainability,
- Oversee and optimize in-store inventory levels and logistics, ensuring seamless replenishment and minimizing waste while meeting customer demand,
- To efficiently manage the production list, prioritizing items based on demand forecasts and operational capabilities to streamline production processes and minimize wait times.
- Ensure that prices for each store are consistent with the costs of goods sold in accordance with the established pricing strategy.
- To keep recipes updated and the costs associated with each of them, to be able to establish correct prices according to the COGS.
- Management of the company's ERP and POS software system

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
