Job Summary

C & A Scientific is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. This Supply Chain Coordinator will be tasked with obtaining a clear understanding of C&As Supply Chain process and attending to administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of purchasing activities and a motivation to learn and grow in a scaling company. This is a hybrid - remote position requiring some work days onsite.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• With guidance from leader develop production and inventory management plans to fulfill both material and finished goods demands.
• Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery plans
• Create and release manufacturing orders based on inventory plan
• Coordinate with vendors or China partner throughout the production and delivery cycle
• Coordinate international logistics with all relevant parties including but not limited to shipper, forwarder, broker and internal warehouses
• Maintain SAGE and Netstock system to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
• Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Material (BOM) and assist to manage inventory accuracy
• Assist in optimizing vendor base and driving cost saving in both China and the US
• Participate in developing and optimizing Supply Chain team SOP and process
• Perform various reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as one of the key contact to various transactional inquiries from internal stakeholders
• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher preferred but not required
• 1 - 3 years office experience, preferred in the related industry
• Advanced computer skills, Excel experience mandatory
• Outstanding organizational and comprehension skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Excellent detail oriented focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of SAGE and Netstock system
• Experience working in global Supply Chain industry
• Fluency in Mandarin
