Job Description:
This role is responsible to lead the Business Process analysis, design, reengineering and documentation function for assigned process projects throughout the Supply Chain; recommends and facilitates implementation of process improvement, standardization, and training efforts. May participate in additional Business Process analysis requests and act as project manager as assigned.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement at our corporate headquarters in Byron Center, MI.
Here's what you'll do:
  • Participate in and/or lead the Business Process analysis, design, reengineering and documentation function for assigned projects throughout the company.
  • Develop Business Process reengineering project plans in consultation with business partners and identify, define and secure required resources. Lead project plans through ongoing communication with all levels of specialists and leadership.
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand and document current state of Business Process along with identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Present findings to management and obtain alignment on future state Business Process plans.
  • Facilitate Business Process analysis efforts using structured methodologies such as network analysis, process mapping etc.
  • Develop or facilitate the development of new or reengineered Business Processes and ensure integration of new and existing processes.
  • Responsible to ensure accurate and quality process documentation as well as effective communication with business partners of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with Training Department on required training/retraining program design and delivery.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Here's what you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Five years progressive experience in Business Process analysis, design and documentation. Management consulting, Supply Chain, distribution, transportation and/or retail experience highly preferred.
  • High level understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Must understand technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across functions at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong facilitation, project management and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze Business Processes and workflows and analyze audit reporting and trends.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
