PACCAR is seeking a talented Summer Intern in the Supplier Quality department to improve the Supplier onboarding process. To work with PACCAR, a supplier needs access to systems and understands our expectations and reporting requirements. To address increased turnover at suppliers, we are developing a better training program.
In this role, you will learn to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into written work instructions and YouTube videos. In this role, you have the opportunity to see what it is like to work in a fast-paced Corporate environment.

The internship includes unique learning opportunities:
- Learn first-hand from the industry's top professionals

The internship is scheduled to begin in May or June 2023.
Inventory of all current Supplier training resources
Establish a framework for Supplier work instructions
Author new work instructions for Suppliers
Conduct a pilot of the process with Supplier Quality Managers and new Suppliers
Make training videos where applicable using the YouTube platform
Eager to get information from a wide range of people and sources
Good planner
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
High ethical standards and a self-starter
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduation program, preferably a junior or senior in college

The salary range for internship positions is $25 an hour for undergraduate students and $30 an hour for graduate students.
