You will establish supplier performance metrics, manage the development process, set annual targets, and devise plans to achieve them. The SQE plays a vital role in ensuring the company meets quality and delivery targets by leveraging technical knowledge, business acumen, and influencing skills.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Metric and measurement tracking
-Ability to collaborate with different departments
-Experience training
-Knowledge of 8D/CAPA/SCAR, Process Capability Study, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, and Continuous Improvement or similar
