What are we looking for?

• Three years experience that demonstrates responsible administrative, professional, and technical work involving recreation operations.  
• One year supervisory experience. 
• Knowledge of boating, and the use of related equipment is preferred.  
• Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in recreation or related field leading to a bachelor's degree, from an accredited college or university is preferred. 
• Must be able to obtain an NC Boater Education Certificate within 3 months of employment.  
• Required to obtain either an American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification or the Wilderness First Responder Certification within 3 months of employment.  
• Must be able to pass basic sailing certification within the first 12 months of employment.  
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
