Supervisory Program Manager, Nb-0340-Vi.2 (Temporary Promotion)

As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will perform the full range of supervisory functions and manage a team engaged in the overall direction, management, development, and execution of the OCC's program management function. You will serve as the primary technical expert related to the planning and management of high level, multi-year projects.
Although this vacancy announcement lists multiple locations, Alternate Location Arrangement will be considered. Qualifications:

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-V band level in the Federal
service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:

• Conducting research and data analysis to advise stakeholders on strategic planning recommendations; AND
• Developing performance metrics or maturity models to measure the effectiveness of strategic or other types of plans; AND
• Leading the activities of a project, team, or organizational unit.

The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
