SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Operations Support Branch of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Expert knowledge in all areas of recruitment to include strategies to fill hard to fill and critical vacancies; 2) Expert knowledge of all performance systems to include DPMAP, STRL, GS and AcqDemo to serve as Administrator and perform all associated duties; 3) Expert knowledge in Navy ERP Organizational Relationship & User Access Management, to include NIS ICAM application; 4) Expert knowledge and ability to use the NAVAIR Phasing Plan to forecast EOB (OMN) salary and support funds; 5) Expert knowledge to support functional management of the College of Corporate Operations to enable talent management.
