SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the Labor and Employee Relations Department of COMPACFLT HRO NORTHWEST.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing labor relations and employee relations programs by solving complex issues within a complex industrial command.
