Supervisor - Weekend Shift

How You Will Make an Impact
Under direction of the Operations Manager, the Supervisor directs the workflow of the WEEKEND Shift team members. You will lead the group in producing high-quality product for the customer and be responsible for driving continuous improvement while achieving expected safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Weekend Shift is:
Fri / Sat / Sun: 5am - 6:30pm and Monday: 6am - 11am
The Nuts and Bolts

• Direct the work of team members and support employees; train employees on required job functions
• Maintain a safe work environment; respond to safety issues with urgency
• Maintain work skills to facilitate job performance as a working member of the team, and to be aware of the required skills for team members
• Establish and meet quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the work schedule to achieve delivery requirements to both internal and external customers
• Coach & counsel employees as necessary
• Participate in and support continuous improvement activities

Required Credentials

• Minimum of (3) years prior experience leading an hourly skilled trade workforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime as needed
