Lead a team of 10 in a welding/fabrication shop that manufactures steel buildings.
Responsible for welding/cutting/painting/material handling in that department
- Lead and supervise a production team, providing direction, support, and motivatio
- Foster positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity
- Plan, organize, and coordinate operations to meet production goals and deadlines
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Over see quality control
