Salary range
$110,600.00 - $199,200.00 / annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The day-to-day
- Champion Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Provide guidance in troubleshooting and debugging of RF devices.
- Generate and report on test results.
- Assist in building, troubleshooting and maintenance of Specialized Test Equipment used in product testing.
- Generate documentation, such as Assembly Drawings, BoM's, Wiring Diagrams, ATP's, etc.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of related experience working in the electronics field.
- 3+ years troubleshooting and repairing RF devices.
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with leading a team of technicians.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Ability to read schematics and understand electronic circuits.
- Familiarity with common test equipment and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to follow a test procedure and complete necessary paperwork.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office for documentation creation, and modification.
What will help you on the job
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Experience setting up and working with RF test set ups.
- Experience using Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers and RF test equipment.
- Experience RF transmitters, RF receivers, and amplifiers.
