Job Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for determining how to implement leadership decisions, implementing them to achieve the desire objectives and monitoring compliance, success, failure, and recommending associated improvements. Reporting to one of the IT Directors of Clinical Information Systems this Supervisor provides the supervision and helps development of teams of PACS Admins (2), Epic Interface Analysts (3), and Clinical Interface Analysts (5). The position motivates team members to continuously add value and improve abilities and processes. This work entails managing projects, prioritizing work, improving documentation, providing feedback, managing performance, identifying, and mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. This position supervises the daily activities of assigned personnel who support clinical solutions and interfaces. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the clinical information system and quality assurance. This person interacts professionally, effectively, and collaboratively with leadership, faculty, peers, staff, and vendors.

Job Duties:
Oversee and review day-to-day work of others to assist employees in knowing their job responsibilities and delegated duties.
Coach employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
Provides service recovery in a timely manner for any customer complaints.
Assist in identifying, hiring, and training new staff.
Build and maintain a positive team environment.
Keep track of employee's schedules and maintain personnel records.
Provide frequent feedback to team members related to their performance.
Gather and submit performance reports to department leadership.
Collaborate with leadership and staff to create performance goals and set deadlines that match with the company's plans.
Works with employees to set yearly personal and professional goals.
Assist with training new employees while adhering to company policies.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Experience:
Six years (6) or more years of Leadership and Epic experience required.
2 or more years of experience as an Epic Analyst doing builds and supporting the clinic preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
Epic Certification in Bridges and\or Certification in Clinical interface engine software required.
