- Drives positive outcomes through objectives and measures. Monitors progress and results successfully
- Generates a variety of approaches to problem solving including new and novel ideas
- Experienced with Google software and warehousing systems, applications such as Manhattan
- Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely..be alert to potential safety issues
- Experienced with performance metrics.
- Supervise day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality and performance.
- Track production metrics and utilizing data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and reporting to management...utilize workload planning tools to manage the operation.
- Recognize top performance, coach and provide progressive discipline for poor performance
