Reporting to the Operations Manager, an Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading high service level operations within an assigned area/shift You will be expected to build POSITIVE relations, promote strong leadership skills as well as ensure that SLA objectives are met consistently within a safe and efficient working environment that associates like to be part of.

- Track production metrics and utilizing data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and reporting to management...utilize workload planning tools to manage the operation.
