SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Program Supervisor, for Bristlecone to join us and experience a level of caring and a spirit of teamwork that is uncommon in behavioral health today. Competency Support Services is an innovative approach to working with individuals involved in the competency process. This role will supervise SummitStone's competency support services team which includes a therapist, peer, case manager, and competency restoration education provider. Additionally, SHP is growing this team to include psychiatric and medical services to ensure clients have access to medication consistency in both correctional and outpatient settings. This population is highly acute, experience with crisis intervention and/or community based services for individuals with substance use disorders and/or SPMI diagnoses are required. In addition to supervising this dynamic team, this position will help to create and implement the structure and services needed to provide comprehensive care to competency clients. This position works closely with many community partners to serve clients within a competency specific docket, which is the first of it’s kind in Colorado.

This population is highly acute and experience with crisis intervention, community base services and SUD with SPMI are required. Additionally, need to be able to supervise this dynamic team all while we grow the team and start a new location.

- LAC and Mental Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LAC ) in good standing in Colorado. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the SUD field. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the SUD field. Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited behavioral health college or university. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural. Strong understanding of SUD treatment; willingness to learn, experience working with clients in the criminal justice system.
The typical hiring range is $61,116.37 to $76,395.46 annually based on relevant qualifications and experience.
