SUPERVISOR BOX OFFICE ARENA

Responsible for the efficient and successful handling of all ticket sales and distributions for events.   Supervise operations and Box Office Attendants and assist in their training.

• Supervise operations during assigned shift to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Operate ticketing system for POS show and event tickets.
• Process payments for tickets according to established standards and procedures and maintain an accurate bank.
• Sell tickets and make reservations over the phone.
• Process daily shift sales reports and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in training BOX OFFICE attendants; provide input for their performance evaluations.
• Resolve guest complaints in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Travel to other Boyd Gaming properties
