Supervisor 3Rd Shift (Std Finish)

How You Will Make an Impact
Under direction of the Operations Manager, the Supervisor directs the workflow of in the Standard Finish Department. This is a 3rd shift position leading the group in producing high-quality product for the customer and be responsible for driving continuous improvement while achieving expected safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
3rd shift hours = 8pm – 4am plus OT / Plus great shift differential!
The Nuts and Bolts

• Direct the work of Assembly team members and support employees; train employees on required job functions
• Maintain a safe work environment; respond to safety issues with urgency
• Maintain work skills to facilitate job performance as a working member of the team, and to be aware of the required skills for team members
• Establish and meet quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the work schedule to achieve delivery requirements to both internal and external customers
• Coach & counsel employees as necessary
• Participate in and support continuous improvement activities

Required Credentials

• Minimum of (3) years prior experience leading an hourly skilled trade workforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime as needed
