Salary``` Duties: - Monitor and supervise children in a safe and secure environment - Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere - Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate intervention when necessary - Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and interventions - Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the child's care - Provide emotional support and guidance to children in need Requirements: - Previous experience in childcare, social work, or related field - Knowledge of crisis management techniques and conflict resolution strategies - Familiarity with child protective services and child welfare policies and procedures - Ability to effectively interact with children of various ages and backgrounds - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques - Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on the needs of the organization.
