In search of a Superintendent to join our growing Sandwich, IL team! This individual will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the construction sites. Previous concrete project experience is highly desired. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.

- Oversees daily operations at a construction site.
- Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew.
- Hires, trains, and manages construction workers.
- Follows construction drawings and approved plans.
- Uses popular construction management software.
- Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
- Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule.
- Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation.
- Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed.
- Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, electrician, and other specialists.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous construction superintendent experience is required.
- Previous experience with concrete projects is highly preferred!
