Position Summary:
The Superintendent will manage projects and ensures everything runs smoothly. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping track of project progress
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
- Purchase equipment and materials
- Upkeep on equipment and truck maintenance
Complexity, Decision-Making, Problem Solving
- Highly motivated individual to plan and obtain construction permits from local authorities.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Previous experience as a construction superintendent
- Knowledge of construction job sites.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead, inspire, and train subordinates
- Experience in a customer service focused organization.
- Budgeting expense
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Management Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance.
- Resourceful and able to think analytically when faced with a problem.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two-years work experience performing as a Superintendent.
Environmental/Working Conditions
- Working in the elements
Other Considerations/Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel on short notice, and for extended periods of time.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- This position requires overtime/weekend/off-hours and very frequent domestic and international travelling.

Work Environment:The physical environment for this position requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions in extreme temperatures and weather.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
