Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests enthusiastically and professionally.
- Sell and serve refreshments and food items to guests.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Compute product prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments from guests.
- Effectively communicate with all guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide the guests with accurate answers and information about our products.
- Work with guests patiently and effectively.
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction in their stay at the property.
- Escalate all guest concerns that may arise to management immediately.
- Ensure that company image, cleanliness and courtesy standard requirements are met.
- Cooperate with all employees and managers.
- Complete any and all tasks requested by management.
- Must adhere to all Landry’s Inc. cash-handling guidelines.
