SalaryAdvance Services and Corteva Agriscience are looking for Summer Research Assistants to work May to August of 2024! This is a great opportunity to develop a strong understanding of field research and have the potential for leadership opportunities in the Ag industry!
Job Duties:
- Seed filling
- Pollinating corn in the field
- Digging and washing corn roots
- Organize crew activities as needed
- Weeding fields and staking research plots
- Lab work associated with ag research
- Infesting corn and soybean plants with insects
- Tissue sampling of corn and soybean plants in the field
- Detailed data collection and data management in outside environments
Shift: 1st Monday – Friday
Hours: 40 hours a week
Timeline: Mid-May - beginning of August
