We're looking for positive and enthusiastic people from all backgrounds and some previous experience to plan and lead summer activities for children in the diverse community we serve.
Summer Program Team Leaders work June through August, and have flexible daytime, weeknight, and evening hours with some weekend opportunities. Work anywhere from 12 to 36 hours per week.

In this job you will:
- Assist Art Instructors with Eagan Art House summer camps
- Plan, lead, and supervise activities for summer art campers
- Work with all kids to promote learning and fun in safe environment
- Organize the set up and take down of program materials and equipment
- Request supplies and materials as needed
- Answer questions and provide information to parents, camp partners, and members of the public
- Keep supervisor informed of any concerns related to the program
- Administer basic first aid as needed - training provided!
- Other duties as assigned
What is needed to apply for this job?
- Job seekers should be age 17 or older or have one year of experience with the Eagan Parks & Recreation Department
- Valid Driver's License

You may be a great fit if you have:
- One year of college coursework in arts, education, social services, or closely related field
- Have worked in a youth program setting before
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Completed concussion training (Training is available on-line at https://www.nays.org/resources/more/free-concussion-training/).
- Knowledge of Eagan Parks and Recreation Department and its programs
