- Assist in updating and completing the department bank-wide property listing.
- Update the Incident Reporting Spreadsheet
- Assist in monthly/quarterly report preparation
- Review and update the banks' current notary listing
- Complete insurance related projects
- Complete other departmental projects and duties as needed
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Summer Internship Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have completed at least one year of college and currently enrolled in college
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, mid-May through August
- Punctual and dependable
- Works well in a team environment
- Detailed oriented and willing to help others
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Very high standard of confidentiality
- Business background preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel
