Nature of Work:
We are excited to offer a Summer 2024 Electronics Manufacturing Engineer Intern Program. This internship program will span from June through August. This program provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in the field of electronics manufacturing. Interns will work closely with our experienced engineers and manufacturing teams to support various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Upfront Engineering Process flows to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct component review & BOM (Bill of Materials) Scrubs to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production.
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze workflow efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Participate in process improvement projects to optimize production workflows.
- Assist in the documentation and reporting of manufacturing procedures and results.
- Gain exposure to industry-standard tools and software used in electronic manufacturing.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor'sdegree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Strong academic background.
- Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
