Audacy’s Marketing Strategy team serves our sales teams and, by extension, our clients, with integrated Marketing Solutions and custom programs that are designed to drive revenue. Our solutions are designed and developed to leverage the full scope of what Audacy can deliver.
We’re looking for a Summer Intern with a passion for audio, media and marketing partnerships, with strong project management skills, a collaborative spirit and a creative, results-oriented mindset. Working closely with our team and partner teams across Audacy, the Summer Intern will support the development of proactive solutions that enhance existing partnerships and effectively drive new business, as well as effectively respond to the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Demonstrate a strong ability to support the proposal development process
Assist in the coordination with cross-functional teams who are responsible for elements that comprise the client solutions we include in our proposals
Participate in brainstorming sessions and proposal development
Utilize research resources to support positioning of Audacy properties and proposals
Provide direction to Design for the development of marketing collateral and deliverables
Maintain libraries of sales collateral; including updating research and positioning pieces
Assist in the maintenance of status reports for the team
Analyze competitive activity in the marketplace

Required:
Currently enrolled in a college or university, within a business, marketing, communications, advertising or related major.
Desire to consistently contribute to a culture where shared success is celebrated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multitask on behalf of multiple stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment: currently, 2-3 days in the office each week (depending on market location) with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week
Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with revolving deadlines
Ability to identify and solve problems, create and innovate on behalf of colleagues and clients
This is a hybrid position requiring in-person work at least 3 days a week, as well as the flexibility to work from home.
