Summer Event Security (Lane County)

One Security Company is looking for customer service-minded individuals to join our Event Security team. We are hiring for weekly events that occur from May through September.

We are currently hiring for several festivals, fairs, and celebrations in Lane County, to include Eugene, Veneta, and Cottage Grove.

One Security has ongoing event staffing needs in, and around, the Lane County area. We are looking to partner with individuals who want to attend events while also providing amazing customer service to all those in attendance.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED. All training is done in house. We have a variety of shifts available from overnights, mornings, and evenings.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to supplement existing work hours, or someone who is retired and looking for work as it fits their schedule. The goal of our event staff is to help our venues in maintaining excellent working conditions. We do this by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free; all while offering you the chance to work in a professional and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance or exit of vehicles and people traveling the venue
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Observe people for unsafe or unruly activity and dangerous possessions
• Respond to requests for service and information from guests
• Use good decision making to ensure venue rules are followed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
