SalarySummer Camp Counselor
Do you love working with K-5th graders? IC3 Summer Camp is now hiring Summer Camp Counselor's and Camp Counselor Support Staff. IC3 Summer Camp enrolls children in Kindergarten-5th grade and offers them a place to have fun, explore and socialize with their peers. A combination of hands on activities, board games, arts and crafts, field trips, swimming and physical games are offered. Must enjoy working with school age children 5-11 years old. Experience with children in a recreational or educational setting preferred. Work Monday-Friday, full time (40 hours per week) positions with hours between 7:30am - 5:30 pm. $16.25/hr.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Assist the program leader with designing and implementing an age appropriate classroom/learning environment
- Be able to establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Abide by OCFS regulations
- Be responsible, reliable, and dependable
- Have clear, direct communication style (written and verbal)
- Have team-oriented problem solving skills
