Details About This Specific Position:
The Summer Associate, Candidate Experience Marketingintern will assist with a competitor analysis project that will be divided into four parts: social, video, podcast, and application process. The intern will learn about our current position in those areas, conduct research on the competitor landscape and key players in the industry, and evaluate how AMN compares to our competitors. They will analyze data and insights to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of AMN Allied's target audience. Finally, the intern will prepare a presentation summarizing key insights and providing actionable recommendations based on their experience.
This internship will provide valuable experience, including an in-depth understanding of the healthcare staffing industry, hands-on marketing skills development, such as strategy, content creation, and analytics, and a customer-centric mindset through persona development and journey mapping. The intern will also gain proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and communication.
By utilizing the intern's research and insights, the Allied team aims to refine its marketing efforts, address pain points, make informed decisions based on data analytics, and strengthen our position in the industry.

$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

- This role will be onsite in Dallas, TX - will be in the office 2-3 days a week
- Part-Time work during normal business hours

- Undergraduate student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
Skills Needed:
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experienced in project management
- Understanding of campaign building
- Strong time management skills
