About the Role
We're looking for Brand Design Interns to join our team for Summer 2024 in NYC. You'll be supported by a talented and collaborative group of Brand Designers who will ensure this is your most fruitful and impactful design internship ever. This is a role for an intern with a genuine desire to learn from a group of seasoned Brand Designers and who wants to grow in their craft while learning how to be a contributing member of a high-functioning creative team.
What You'll Do

• Design collateral, events spaces, web pages, presentations and/or improvements to our visual identity system
• Contribute to developing an image approach for a range of brand expressions, including illustration, product graphics and explainers, and photography
• Test the waters: bring new, cutting edge visual approaches to the table
• Familiarize yourself with the development and evolution of image libraries and guidelines
• Find creative and effective solutions to new challenges
• Learn about how brand design contributes to greater marketing efforts
• Become a vital member of the Design Team with guidance from a mentor (a fellow Brand Designer), your associate creative director, and colleagues from cross-functional teams

What You Need

• Attending post-secondary education with an expected graduation date between 2024 - 2026
• A portfolio of relevant design work, either from personal projects or past internships
• Passion for all aspects of the Ramp brand, including Brand Design Systems, Art & Image, Strategy, and copy
• Interest in design systems and their applications
• Enthusiasm for typography
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

• The hourly rate for this internship in NYC is $35 USD + housing stipend
