Lubrizol is currently looking for a collaborativeSuccessFactors HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you would be responsible for the maintenance, operational excellence, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors system, ideally having experience within the following modules:
- Recruiting
- Onboarding 1.0
- Performance / Goal Management
- Continuous Performance Management
- Compensation
- Succession / Calibration
- Learning
- Employee Central
The ideal candidate would excel in solving problems to create effective solutions, analyzing information, and providing a high level of customer service. You would use your experience with SAP SuccessFactors to help drive process improvements and guide our module owners during system update releases on key enhancements within their module that would improve the user experience and increase productivity. Ideally, this position will be based out of our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH location in a hybrid working model.
What you will be responsible for:
- Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors talent management product suite. Manages ongoing system configuration, testing and deployment across the Continuous Performance/Feedback, Performance, Goals, Development, Succession, Calibration, Onboarding and Recruiting modules.
- Maintain and manage day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors modules, annual talent cycles and special projects.
- Collaborates with other departments for process optimization; provides recommendations on configuration changes to meet business needs. Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
- Project management of 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
- Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis of system data.
- Leads the creation, configuration, testing and implementation of other HR Technology related projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors, system related issues and unexpected results.
- Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate system upgrades, patches and new releases.
- Maintain, create and update system and process documentation.
- Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures and employee resource guides. Provide end user support and training.
- Participate on current and future HR system related projects (including HCM cloud implementation)
- Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy any issues.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR at least (5) five years of HRIS systems experience OR (5) five years of SAP system integration experience.
- 5+ years of SuccessFactors analyst experience
- Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (performance), RCM (recruiting) and Onboarding 1.0 modules.
- Proven experience troubleshooting system issues OR previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
- MS Office experience.
