Valley Community Services Board (VCSB) is looking for OBAT Care Coordinators to join our Office Based Addiction Treatment team!

Essential Functions
- Providing supportive assistance as clients navigate medication-assisted treatment.
- Monthly treatment planning reviews.
- 100% productivity average of monthly OBAT Care Coordination billing.
- Maintains 100% accuracy on reviewing and signing quarterly DLA-20 and 90-day treatment plan.
- Actively participates in clinical and administrative supervision.
- Assists with completing SU assessments for individuals referred to the program.
- Coordinates treatment services with other agencies in order to help individuals acheive sobriety. May include SU screening and referring individuals to in-patient or residential settings.
Minimum Requirements
- Must pass required pre-employment screenings, including, but not limited to, criminal history and experience verification.
- Current Virginia driver’s license with zero points or more.
- The OBOT Care Coordinator must meet DMAS "Credentialed Addiction Treatment Professional" criteria with either an active LMHP, LMHP-E, and/or CSAC certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- CSAC or CSAC-A under supervision
- Previous experience serving adult clients with mental illness.
