Position Title: Subject Matter Expert (Telecommunications Circuit Analyst)
Position Location: Charleston, SC
Liberty is seeking an experienced Circuit Analyst expert for our government client supporting within the Telecommunications office. The Circuit Analyst expert will be responsible for providing services locally and at other government locations such as: circuit procurements, track orders, coordinate with commercial vendors, and conduct monthly invoice billing. If you can work under limited supervision while demonstrating strong customer service, professional oral and written communication, efficient organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, compliance with policies and procedures, and the ability to accomplish the below responsibilities successfully, then you may be the perfect candidate for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Review user requests and place orders for circuit procurements with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Storefront tool for government Telecommunications networks, both project and command infrastructure circuits.
- Must have DISA experience and Circuit knowledge to place orders.
- Track circuit orders from initial submission to delivery and completion of the circuit. Significant coordination required in working with DISA and commercial vendors for end-to-end installation.
- Detail oriented individual to assist with monthly invoice billing, dispute invalid charges, follow up on disputes, as well as manage/maintain user uncollected/outstanding circuit charges.
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro and Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Requirement for maintenance of circuit inventory tracking, addition of new circuits and removal of disconnected circuits.
- Train other team members as necessary.

- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Education: Technical Training in Organizational Administration.
Experience: Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience with Data Management Projects, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in Management Directives.
