As a Subcontracts Program Manager for the International Missions Systems (IMS) - SPY-7 Programs, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain strategy. You'll leverage your expertise to ensure robust, efficient, and rapid program startup and execution. In this key position you will lead a team of subcontract professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion and professional development while executing the following responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with program objectives
• Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and excellence in program execution
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions and maximizing program value
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization within the supply chain function
• Demonstrate strong ethical leadership and commitment to responsible business practices
• Adequately staff & support Proposal activities ensuring Supply Chain best practices for SOW & RFP creation, negotiation, and bidding strategy are incorporated
Up to 25% International Travel may be required
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex or development subcontracts
• Deep understanding of LM Supply Chain processes, LMAPs and FAR/DFAR regulations
• Fundamental knowledge of LMP2P including reporting functions
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Must have an active US Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to travel when required; less than 25%
Desired skills
• Ability to comprehend complex technical topics/issues and communicate those to other audiences of varying backgrounds
• Experience with international Customers and/or suppliers, import/export & International Trade Compliance (ITC) rules
• Control Account Management (CAM) experience with EVM requirements
• Experience estimating GSC labor hours and materials for LM proposal efforts
• Experience with negotiating unique terms and conditions and contract changes with large suppliers
• Master degree in Business and/or engineering
• Experience with risk & opportunity management

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
