Job Overview
Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
In this position you will be initiating, maintaining, and tracking vendor contracts, as well as audits to support compliance.
The work schedule is a regular workday schedule working remotely.
As a Subcontractor Compliance Clerk, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:

• Coordinate annual vendor audit questionnaire process and ensure vendor compliance, along with mailing and reviewing returned audit questionnaires.
• Update CRM system with vendor compliance status, along with acceptable, annual audit questionnaires, and file printed copies in vendors’ contract folders.
• Sends out certification of compliance letters to vendors, and updates CRM system accordingly.
• Sends out contract amendments to vendors Initiates requests to terminate vendors that fail to complete the annual audit questionnaires or that reveal noncompliance with the vendor agreement with internal KBS teams, such as field operations and customer service.

Requirements for our Subcontractor Compliance Clerk:

• 1-2 years’ contract administrative experience and knowledge of administrative procedures or equivalent experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft Programs with a focus in Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly to all parties.
• Ability to stay organized and working in a fast-paced environment.
