Lockheed Martin's PAC3 Global Supply Chain team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem-solver to add to its Program production team.
As a Subcontract Administrator (SCA), it will be your responsibility to facilitate the procurement cycle from beginning to end.
PAC3 is a fast-paced program with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences. Our team operates in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and strives to make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to deliver quality products on time to our customers.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers, communicating customer concerns, expediting delivery schedules, and tracking engineering revisions and material needs. As an SCA, you will have authority to purchase material on LM's behalf, with occasional expectation to place orders within short lead time. During procurement, you will be the primary LM representative-issuing solicitations, negotiating contract requirements, and managing supplier performance. You will regularly report supply chain metrics, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior-level internal customers. In addition, this position will offer the selected candidate opportunities for travel, personal development, and flexible work schedule.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
-Working Knowledge with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
-Experience in procurement and subcontract management.
-Exceptional communication, organization, presentation and documentation skills.
-Experience preparing bid packages, conducting bidder's conferences, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting subcontractors, developing/releasing Purchase Orders, and administering resulting subcontracts.
Desired skills
-Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations.
-Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
-Ability to provide accurate and timely status.
-Must be a team player and able to adapt to changing environment and critical schedule deadlines.
-Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) experience.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $45,200 - $86,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $52,000 - $98,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
