Stylist For Fashion Boutique

Our Fashion Stylist position is a great position for a person starting a second career with a love of Fashion.

Fashion Stylists will work directly with clients ranging in age from 40-70. Assisting in putting together outfits for travel, work and special events. Understanding the intricacies of dressing a different body, fabric content, coverage and color detail while following trends.

An ability to take in new information regarding products and vendors while retaining the information and using it to help Madd Style clients. Our training is extensive and we will give you all the tools you need to understand and sell Madd Style products.

A working knowledge of fashion trends specifically for Women 40yrs-70yrs is important. We do not work on commission, and only work as a team! My win is your win and your win is my win.

Social Media is a big part of our business, staying in touch with IG, Stories and Reals, with the ability to produce content that is fashionable and usable.

Computer knowledge is important, specifically working with IOS and POS as well as Google Sheets and Docs. Although this is a part time position, it can easily move into a full time position over the next 6 months.

Maintaining the Boutiques cleanliness and assisting with rack maintenance, steaming, unpacking and merchandising.

Customer Service is our SUPER power. We go above and beyond for our clients! Often times assisting in the dressing room and taking on private appointments to help find the perfect outfit. In an interview, your amazing Customer Service skills should be on point.

We are a very close knit team and look forward to welcoming in our newest team member. An initial interview will be held with owner. If that goes well, a second interview with our Lead Stylist will take place. It will be active so that we can see how you interact with our clients and merchandise. You will be asked to put together 3 outfits and explain the details of why.

While we love students, this is NOT a good position for a student schedule of any kind. Hours will be around 11-4 and will include weekends. We aim to be very flexible for the right candidate and will never deprive a team member a day off to enjoy family events.
