POSITION REQUIREMENTS – RESPONSIBILITIES - MEASURABLES:
BS in Exercise Science or like field of study preferred
Proven success in generating personal sales; manage revenue streams.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively with management, peers,
and general public.
Ability to coach and lead others to success.
Highly organized, proficient in data and social media management, ability
to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Submit at least 4 Social Media Post per week (described below)

Proactively make decisions and lead staff to provide the highest level of

Do stretches on first time clients and as/when needed
Drive studio revenue through the implementation and execution of the
company sales programs in new membership sales and renewal sales,
daily sales activities, demo appointment goals and sales conversion goals.
o Achieve a studio minimum of 25 demo’s/week
o Achieve a studio minimum of 80% show rate/week
o Achieve a personal minimum of 70% close rate/month
o Achieve a studio minimum 60% of monthly sales as draft
o Achieve a studio minimum 56 new sales per month
Confirm your own Demos the previous day (24 hours before scheduled
demo) via Phone with TI Script & also a text message
Proactively lead staff to achieve highest level of customer resigns.
Monitor and manage stretch practitioners daily/weekly time clock &
schedule (making sure weekends are covered with a sales rep both days
and at least 2 SP’s each day..please refer to store standardized schedule)
Monitor, maintain and address customer payments and membership
obligations via Club Ready.
Monitor and address revenue reports, attendance reports, customer task
activities, prospect task activities, etc. via Club Ready.
Directly participate in any and all outside Brand Awareness and Lead
Generation activities.
Promote/Create a desired work environment for all staff.
Maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE at all times with clients and co-workers.
Additional responsibilities and duties as needed.

Pay: $42,575.40 - $71,273.60 per year
