Job Summary
Manager Position Ready to take command? As our Manager, you will lead studio operations in various facets, from driving revenue and member acquisition to staff development and retention.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead Generation and Marketing: Spearhead grassroots marketing and networking. Implement sales processes for introductory classes. Strategically drive membership sales. Manage marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Staff Management and Studio Operations: Oversee staff schedules for smooth operations. Collaborate with vendors for inventory accuracy. Supervise and mentor Sales Representatives. Recruit and develop skilled instructors.
- Administrative Proficiency: Manage revenue and attendance reports using ClubReady software. Evaluate instructor performance. Make decisions for optimal customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities: Manage dues collection for financial stability. Uphold Club Pilates policies and procedures. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in fitness or sales-related field. Confident in sales generation and training. Skilled in managing diverse revenue streams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluency in English with excellent communication ability. Adaptable to a diverse environment.
- Passion for Fitness: Strong affinity for the fitness industry.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a focus on data management and deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail.
