Our Student Help program is designed for students who are currently enrolled in school and will be continuing their studies in the fall. This opportunity is an excellent way for students to receive hands-on experience.The working schedule is Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week during the summer months.Responsibilities:* Schedule and coordinate the timely completion and return of audits* Help coordinate organization of various deadlines* Assist Leadership Team with strategic project research, schedule coordination, and meeting notes* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, sorting, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner* Follow-up on various projects and communications* Sort various confirmation documents* Compile the necessary paperwork including applications to be sent to customers* Ability to balance a high volume of responsibilities with quick turn-around time* Issuing various insurance ID cards* Research the branches of origin/states where the paperwork originated* Additional responsibilities as assignedQualifications:* Must be currently enrolled in a high school or college undergraduate program* Professionalism* Strong verbal and written communication* Attention to detail and problem solving* Organization and planning* Time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAbout AmicaAmica Mutual Insurance Company is America's oldest mutual insurer of automobiles.
