Required Education: Master's degree, AND:
- 36 months experience in management/supervisory and student support services.
Working Conditions:

- Ability to seamlessly align policies and practices with the organization’s strategy, anticipate long- and short-term consequences (both intended and unintended), assess the impact of strategies, decisions after implementation and engender consensus around goals and strategies among relevant stakeholders.
