Then come join the MCC team to greet and assist students and visitors along with performing a variety of functions in the Student Welcome Center, including answering telephones, transferring calls, and setting appointments. Assist students with orienting to college resources and tools, such as MyWay Portal, and registration and/or student planning.

All you need is an Associate degree with two (2) years of direct customer service experience working in a fast-paced, public service environment.

Compensation:
The minimum hourly rate for this position is $18.51 with annual increases.
