Provides comprehensive non-judgmental functions related to medication management. Assists with all functions related to the practice of Pharmacy and clerical duties. Provides lawful, compassionate, efficient, safe, and cost effective use of medications. Collaborates with and supports all customers.
Requires current Pharmacy Technician training permit or pharmacy intern license in good standing with the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy; Pharmacy Technician license for the State of Indiana preferred.
One year of hospital experience preferred.
Requires knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws.
Requires knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
Requires knowledge of procedures for operating automated dispensing machines.
